Entry & Verification

1. Digital Entry Only: Only Tickyto E-tickets will be accepted. Printed copies, screenshots, or duplicates will not be valid for entry.

2. One Person per Ticket: Each ticket admits a single individual and is non-transferable.

3. Photo ID Required: A valid photo ID (such as NID, passport, or driving license) must be presented with the ticket at the entrance.

4. Verification Token: A verification token or wristband will be issued upon successful entry. Damaged or missing tokens will invalidate access. 

Security & Restrictions

5. Security Check: Entry will be subject to thorough security screening. Security personnel may inspect attendees and belongings at any time.

6. Prohibited Items: The following are strictly forbidden inside the venue:

• Alcohol, drugs, or intoxicants

• Cigarettes, tobacco, or vaping products

• Power banks, chargers, Bluetooth speakers, or e-cigarettes

• Sharp objects, weapons, or any item deemed unsafe

7. Bag Policy: Bags are not allowed. Only small purses (maximum 10” x 6”) for women are permitted after inspection.

8. Outside Food & Beverages: No outside food or drinks will be allowed. Food and beverage stalls will be available inside the venue.

Inside the Venue

9. Zone Access: Each ticket corresponds to a specific zone. Attendees must stay within their assigned area — zone switching is prohibited.

10. Behavior & Conduct: Any attendee causing disturbance, showing misconduct, or posing a security threat may be removed without refund.

11. Recording & Surveillance: The entire venue will be under CCTV monitoring. Attending the event implies consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and security purposes.

12. Personal Belongings: The organizers and Tickyto are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.⸻ 

 Ticketing, Refunds & Event Policy

13. No Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances unless the event is officially canceled by the organizers.

14. Event Updates: It is the attendee’s responsibility to stay updated about any change in date, time, or venue through official Tickyto channels.

15. Duplicate Tickets: Any attempt to reproduce, resell, or misuse tickets will result in cancellation and denied entry.

 Organizers’ Rights

16. Amendments: Organizers reserve the right to alter event rules, schedules, or entry guidelines at any time without prior notice.

17. Right of Admission: Entry may be refused or revoked at any time for reasons of security, safety, or misconduct. 18. Parking: Parking facilities are not provided by the organizers. If the venue authority offers parking, guests may use it at their own risk.
